Dudley Academies Trust is looking to appoint an Assistant Facilities Manager as part of our growing central team. This is an exciting new role which is expected to grow and develop over time and will support the work of the central facilities team across all trust sites.
Based at the Trust central offices this post will report to the Trust estates officer and will be responsible in providing an effective and efficient facilities support service to the Trust in areas of health and safety, compliance, repairs, maintenance and project management support.
In addition, there will be opportunities to work on a range of projects supporting continuous improvement and rolling out new initiatives across the Trust.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in facilities management, with an understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures and the ability to apply this understanding to real situations.

Dudley Academies Trust was formed in September 2017 under the sponsorship of Dudley College of Technology. Our Trust schools are St James Academy, The Link Academy, Pegasus Academy, Beacon Hill Academy, Kates Hill and Blowers Green Primary. Further growth of the trust is planned for 2022. The Trust when combined with the sponsor, annually supports 8,500 young people aged 4 to 19 years old and employs almost 1,300 staff.
