Hourly Paid Assessor - AAT

We are looking to recruit an hourly paid AAT Assessor to join our successful team in the School of Business, Management and Professional Studies. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join this growing team and support our cause: to help employers across the region to nurture and develop their workforce in the professional area of Accounting.

Successful applicants will ideally have relevant vocational experience to enable them to manage a caseload of candidates, assessing their work at employer’s premises across the West Midlands.

It is essential that you hold a minimum Level 2 AAT qualification, and a Level 3 Assessor Award or equivalent or willing to work towards and have a detailed understanding of the NVQ Code of Practice. Knowledge of current assessment practice and a working knowledge of current vocational qualification developments in the occupational area is also essential.

In addition, you will need to have a flexible approach and excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
