Estates Campus Manager
We are seeking an Estates Campus Manager to deliver an exceptional service to our staff, students, and visitors at our Blossomfield Road Campus in Solihull.
Reporting directly to the Head of Estates, this vital operational role is responsible for
the caretaking delivery service, service level delivery and day to day maintenance of our largest campus. The post is also responsible for line managing the Caretaking and security teams.
If you have proven experience of working in a busy Estates Department, including experience of building maintenance, compliance, and management of contractors we would love to hear from you. It is also essential that you have experience of line managing staff. An understanding of FE, a BIFM Level 3 qualification (or working towards) would be advantageous.
Please note if you are selected for the next stage in the process, you will be required to attend the College’s premises, unless exceptional circumstances apply. Unfortunately, the College is unable to contribute towards the associated travel costs.
