Head of Estates
We are seeking a Head of Estates to take responsibility for College Estates and Facilities Management across our three Campuses. Reporting directly to the Vice Principal, this vital operational role is responsible for the College Estates and Facilities Management, overseeing the implementation of effective buildings maintenance programmes, while ensuring the provision of a safe and appropriate environment for the College’s learners, staff and customers.
If you have proven experience of Facilities management, preferably within an FE environment, sound knowledge of building services and relevant legislation and excellent budget management and communication skills, then we would love to hear from you.
