Contract: FT Permanent

The College are seeking to recruit a Job Coach who is motivated, organised and an inspirational individual. Who will encourage and inspire young people with learning difficulties and disabilities. Enabling them to pursue their ambitions in relation to gaining sustainable employment. The role will specifically support our SLDD Supported Internship programme within the Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust at either City or Queens sites.

The role will require excellent, understanding of different needs, ability to recognise systematic approaches to job roles and communication skills. As well as the ability to build relationships with hospital managers and staff with real purpose and ambition.

The successful candidate will be expected to manage individuals with a range of skills, abilities and support needs ensuring effective flexible support is provided that allows supported interns to successfully progress into employment roles within the hospital.

Further specific training will be provided to successful candidate.
