We are seeking a candidate for a position as supply lecturer in the Education and Applied Sciences team, to work alongside academic colleagues as part of the delivery of our Engineering, Construction, Science and Social Science programmes course, specifically in the subject area of Mathematics and also Mechanics.  You will be based at Inverness main campus. 

As a supply Lecturer you will deliver Mathematics and Mechanics units to students across a range of programmes.

This role presents a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic person who enjoys teaching and learning to join an experienced and diverse team. You will be required to deliver curriculum in an innovative manner with a focus on best practice in the teaching of topics relevant to your role. You will be required to be an effective team member able to deliver a high quality curriculum and educational experience.

You do not need to have a teaching qualification to apply as training will be provided, however some experience of instructing or teaching is welcome. You should possess effective interpersonal skills and have good IT skills. You should also be flexible, reflective, innovative, creative and personally committed to continuing vocational and professional development.
