Trainer/Assessor Electrical

PART TIME AND CONTRACT WORK AVAILABLE

We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to train and assess across our apprenticeship provision within the curriculum area of Management, Business Administration and Customer Service delivering Level 2 and 3 apprenticeship programmes.

The successful applicant must have experience gained from working within a business environment and should, ideally, have previous assessing/training experience. You will also need to have a keen eye for detail, be proactive and enthusiastic, whilst being empathetic to the needs of apprenticeship learners.

You must be passionate about education and have a keen desire to support learners to become qualified professionals in their field, you must be self-motivated and committed to ensuring all learners maximise their potential and achieve timely success.

You should have good communication skills, be able to work both independently and as part of a team and be fully committed to working with young people.

There will be a requirement to work flexibly and travel to employer sites, full driving licence is essential.

Being a qualified assessor holding an A1 or equivalent and experience working within the education sector monitoring apprentice progress will be an advantage.
