We are looking to recruit a Welding Lecturer to join our highly successful Blacksmithing & Metal work team on a part time basis to deliver teaching on level 1, 2, 3 full time and some part time courses in welding. You will adopt innovative approaches to teaching both the theoretical and practical curriculum, enhancing our students’ experience and achieving high outcomes for our learners and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will hold TIG, MIG and MMA qualifications and will be a professional, hardworking and confident team player. Ideally you will possess teaching experience, demonstrating the ability to teach at good or outstanding teaching level, but above all you will be passionate about what you do. The post-holder will require a relevant teaching qualification or be willing to gain a relevant formal qualification in role, and we offer excellent teacher training and CPD opportunities to all teaching staff.
