IT Service Desk Technician (LUM162)

WHAT WE DO

The Luminate Professional Services - The ITSS team provides IT support to all areas of the Luminate Education Group. We are looking for an individual to join our IT Service Desk team providing initial IT support.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Technical IT/AV role working within the ITSS Service Desk team.
• Provide 1st line customer support within the ITSS Service Desk.
• All incidents and requests are recorded and resolved in line with department service level standards.
• Technical “hands on” support for the provision of 2nd line support.
• Support on maintaining, testing and configuring hardware, operating systems and software in relation to Campus desktops, mobile computers, mobile telephone handsets and all multimedia, classroom technology and assistive technology equipment in line with department service level standards.

YOUR PROFILE

• Provided IT support.
• Provision of and delivery of an exceptional customer focused IT/AV service.
• Exceptional levels of customer satisfaction in an IT/AV support environment.
• Technical “hands on” support of desktop and laptop operating systems including but not limited to Windows 10, Apple software.
• Understanding in Microsoft, Apple and Adobe Products.
• Technical “hands on” support of mobile device operating systems including but not limited to Apple OSX, iOS, Google Chrome.
• Initial knowledge, understanding of Apple, Google and device-based app deployment using MDM solutions working towards expertise.
