EHCP Co-ordinator

Loughborough College has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to undertake the new post of EHCP Co-ordinator. The post holder will take the lead for students with an Education Health and Care Plan within our busy Learner Services Team. The role will involve responding to consultations from local authorities regarding placing students with an EHCP as well as planning, organising, facilitating and chairing EHCP Annual review meetings. You will collate staff and stakeholder feedback, complete necessary documentation and communicate progress against EHCP outcomes. You will promote, monitor, support and report on progress made by students with an EHCP in partnership with colleagues, teaching staff and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with SEND students in a proactive and inclusive way and will be familiar with EHCP processes and the associated expectations, parameters and protocols. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with the relevant skills, qualifications and experience to make a positive difference to our students with an EHCP.
