Loughborough College is seeking an exceptional individual with an eye for detail, accuracy and innovative ways of working to lead its busy Admissions Team, in order to provide a full and professional admissions service for its incoming Further Education students.

Ideally, you will have prior experience of working in an educational Admissions setting, and have a calm, can-do and detailed approach to work. High level of IT skills, the ability to work with a wide range of IT systems and a flexible approach are key to ensuring this function is completed accurately, whilst working to tight deadlines. You should be a proficient user of MS Office, and be skilled in a wide range of complex administrative procedures.

An outstanding focus on delivering excellent customer service and the ability to work using your own initiative as well as leading a team are also essential requirements for this post.
