Contract: 37 hours per week – fixed term until August 2024 to cover 2 year sabbatical leave

We are seeking to appoint a Team Leader to cover 2 year sabbatical leave. The successful candidate will be required to providing clear direction to deliver effective student support and leadership of our team of Learning Support Assistants.

The successful candidate will hold Level 4 qualification such as teaching, counselling or learning support. Have the ability to manage their own case load and work to deadlines. They will work closely with the Curriculum teams liaising with Heads of Centres, Faculty Area Managers, Lead ALS tutors and the wider ALS team to ensure students support is allocated.

This position requires excellent communication skills to Lead a team of Learning Support Assistants, providing clear direction to deliver effective support.
