The Yorkshire Centre for Training & Development specialises in Bespoke Training, Compliance & Professional Development and Funded Training for organisations, we’re a new and fast-growing brand within the Luminate Education Group; one of the UK’s largest education groups. Focusing on developing workforce skills, our activities include working with individuals to give them the basic skills they need to enter meaningful employment, delivering a schedule of high-quality programmes to enhance the skills of businesses employees, and working with organisations to design, build and develop learning and organisational development interventions to enhance their performance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

In this role you will coordinate the delivery and performance of our education projects and programmes, ensuring compliance with guidance and regulations to meet income, time, and quality requirements.

  • Assisting with the development of project documentation and processes.
  • Creating and maintaining trackers to monitor and control progress of multiple projects.
  • Liaising with internal departments to collate and verify evidence and claims.
  • Regularly submitting evidence and claims to our partners within agreed time frames.
  • Contributing to contract and project reviews through effective reporting.

YOUR PROFILE

To be successful in this role you will need exceptional administrative and interpersonal skills, as well as:

  • Good technical and analytical skills to effectively utilise generic and specialist software.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills.
  • The ability to effectively influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Experience within an educational institution or similar complex organisation.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Fitness to work; this is conducted by our Occupational Health Provider

  • Section 128 check for all staff entering management roles

  • Prohibition check for all staff entering teaching related roles
