We are currently looking for a Curriculum Manager to join the hugely successful Sport FE team at Loughborough College. The role is 50% teaching and 50% management and the successful candidate will lead and develop the employment focused study programmes including NVQ’s and other professional qualifications within the team.   Sport FE is growing rapidly with over 600 full time learners and is key strategic focus of the College.

Managing a dedicated team of lecturers and tutors, you will provide outstanding leadership and will continue to develop our quality metrics and our teaching and learning, curriculum design and delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an appropriate vocational industry setting or background and have significant experience in teaching and assessing on employment focused study programmes such as NVQ’s and professional qualifications.   You will also be able to demonstrate significant experience of successfully developing, inspiring, challenging and motivating teams and individuals to deliver teaching excellence. 

You will be able to confidently lead and coordinate the work of teams and individuals to meet challenging targets and to develop innovative new ways to meet changing needs and expectations of learners.


You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work collaboratively with a range of partners and cross college departments to deliver the co-ordination of services and support to learners and staff and maximise progression opportunities.
