Customer Service Admin /Student Services Advisor
The role involves working as part of the Student Services Team, providing information, advice, and guidance to both internal and external customers. You will be the first point of contact to people visiting the College, therefore excellent customer service skills are essential. The role will involve all customer service-related enquiries, which ensures staff and students are provided with a consistently high-quality service.
