Student Recruitment Officer

To actively promote the full time, part time, evening, work-based learning and higher education courses at Oldham College. To increase and improve links with schools, colleges and the community in Oldham and the surrounding boroughs in order to increase application numbers, enrolment and conversion rates for both Oldham College and University Campus Oldham (UCO) in line with organisational targets.

You will be a highly motivated individual who promotes a quality service. You will be part of a small, highly driven team that engages with schools, colleges and key stakeholders in the community on a regular basis to promote all that the College has to offer.  You will create and deliver inspirational and aspirational presentations at assemblies and engage in classroom workshops. You will attend external recruitment events meaning you may frequently work out-of-hours.

Outstanding customer service standards will be required at all times and the post holder will be a strong advocate for technical and professional education, and be an exemplary ambassador for Oldham College, will have confidence in delivering presentational to larger groups of people and be able to provide career information, advice and guidance to potential students of the college.
