Lecturer in Skills (Adults and Family Learning)

We have an exciting opportunity for full time and part time Lecturers in Skills (Adults and Family Learning) at Bridgend College to join our passionate and enthusiastic team.

As a Lecturer in Skills, focussing on both Adult, Community Learning and elements of Further Education, you will have substantial experience of using initiative, creativity and judgement when delivering activities in an area that fits with the Curriculum (literacy, numeracy, IT, digital literacy and family learning). You will plan, develop, evaluate and deliver the curriculum content of programmes effectively and efficiently. 

We ask that you have a good knowledge of curriculum including Adult and Family Education but also the ability to teach across traditional FE curriculum if required. Experience in delivering a range of subjects including but not restricted to English, Maths, Digital Literacy with the ability to teach from pre-entry to Level 2 across Essential Skills qualifications and Agored units.
