We are currently looking for a Curriculum Manager to join the FE Engineering team.  The role is 50% teaching and 50% management and the successful candidate will lead and develop the Further Education Engineering provision, including BTECs, T Levels and other employability programmes within the team.   Managing a dedicated team of lecturers, you will provide outstanding leadership and will continue to develop our quality metrics and our teaching and learning, curriculum design and delivery.


The ideal candidate will have experience in an appropriate vocational industry and will have experience in teaching on Engineering Programmes such as NVQs and BTECs.  

To be considered for the position you will be able to demonstrate experience of working with learners in an education environment, and have a track record of delivering innovative and imaginative teaching and learning in engineering. You will also be able to demonstrate significant experience of successfully developing, inspiring, challenging and motivating teams and individuals to deliver teaching excellence.

You will be able to confidently lead and coordinate the work of teams and individuals to meet challenging targets and to develop innovative new ways to meet changing needs and expectations of learners.


You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work collaboratively with a range of partners and cross college departments to deliver the co-ordination of services and support to learners and staff and maximise progression opportunities.
