Lecturer - Construction Multi-craft

The School of Construction are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lecturer of Multi-craft to teach and assess a range of programmes, including, Plastering, Brick, Carpentry, Painting & Decorating and Maintenance Operations. You will have extensive experience of the industry and/or a proven track record of delivering on some of the professions highlighted above.

You will be passionate to pass your knowledge and experience onto the students you teach. The role will focus on a mixture of practical delivery of core construction craft principles, as well as additional skills and knowledge within the trade area.

Duties will include planning, teaching, and assessing learners, ensuring that the quality of education is exceptional. Additionally, you will provide academic and pastoral support to students, being able to respond to challenges to ensure that students are encouraged and developed to reach their full potential. Candidates should be dedicated to delivering the highest standards of teaching and learning and the advancement of student attainment.

You will be self-motivated and proactive in developing and maintaining quality standards on programmes and demonstrate a commitment to the School and College's improvement plans.
