Are you passionate about providing excellent pastoral support to our students? We are seeking to appoint THREE Pastoral Tutors to provide high quality pastoral care for our A level learners during their studies at the College.

We are looking for individuals who can deliver an inspirational tutorial programme, alongside supporting students with their next steps including university, apprenticeships or employment.

Ideally you will have experience of working in an educational setting, with experience of guiding and mentoring young people. You should demand high standards from yourself and the students you are supporting.

Alongside this you should have excellent communication skills to be able to work with a wide range of people including: subject lecturers, students, external agencies and other support staff.

High Pavement 6th Form is a vibrant environment with 1000 students and 80 staff, we are passionate about the experience our students receive both in their chosen subjects and the pastoral care
