We are looking for a People Services Manager to come join our HR team at an exciting time. We have lots to do to deliver our people strategy, the team are on the verge of creating and delivering some amazing things; and this role is key for us to be able to deliver results within the team and across the College.

We are looking for a highly driven, passionate, proactive People Services Manager to run a new shared service function, managing recruitment, onboarding, and all work related to the colleague lifecycle. You will manage compliance and reporting and deliver KPI dashboards to the HRBPs and will be totally customer focused with the ability to drive continuous improvement within the team so we deliver a great and efficient service each and every time.

CIPD qualified, candidates will have proven HR Shared Services experience and be skilled at developing, delivering and monitoring service measures and department KPIs. With previous experience of working within a fast paced customer focused HR role, you will have significant generalist experience across a range of HR functions, coupled with relevant knowledge of Employment Law and its application.
