Health, Safety and Compliance Manager
The Health, Safety and Compliance Manager will work collaboratively across the college to ensure that the appropriate support is in place to allow team leaders to carry out their activities safely. A key part of the role is also to assist in the interpretation and adherence to legislative requirements that affect college activities ensuring compliancy. As such, strong communication and influencing skills in addition to good time management and training delivery experience are essential.
The successful candidate will possess the NEBOSH or British safety Council Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent qualification (as a minimum). Experience of database systems and the ability to analyse data and produce clear reports is also essential.
