Teacher - Engineering (VV1483)

Contractual hours: 37 per week

Location: Skills Academy - Automotive, Engineering, Manufacturing and Logistics

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our engineering department, for a permanent engineering teacher. 

We’re on the lookout for an inspiring and enthusiastic individual to join our team and help develop our students into becoming the next generation of engineering professionals. You’ll be responsible for motivating, teaching and guiding your group of learners and apprentices through their learning journey. You’ll also work with our wider team of teaching experts to generate ideas to improve how we do things and ensure all our apprentices and learners have a brilliant experience.

We’d like you to have experience of one or more of the following:

- Mechanical Maintenance

- Manual Machining (milling and turning)

- Hand fitting

- CNC 

We’d also like you to be as passionate as we are about delivering top quality teaching and learning and helping people to build their confidence and skills.
