Reporting directly to the Deputy Principal for Curriculum, Quality and Student Experience. This is acrucial role as Director of Quality and Performance to be the strategic leader for the quality assurance agenda across the organisation, to work collaboratively with colleagues promoting excellence in teaching, learning and assessment and to drive forward quality improvements in all areas of the curriculum.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and forward-thinking senior leadership team, working towards creating a culture of consistently high standards and expectations, as we take the College through a transformation journey, ultimately, to deliver excellent outcomes for all our students.

The successful candidate will champion the performance agenda and work with colleagues to support improvements across 16-19 study programmes, AEB, Higher Education, Apprenticeships and Subcontracted provision, as we move through the annual cycle of quality activity. The oversight of internal and external key performance indicators and use of these to inform decisions is essential to being successful. Collaboration with the Director of Teaching and Learning is an essential part of this role, with respect to the SAR and QIP, Ofsted inspection and delivering improvements within curriculum teams.

We are keen to find a further education expert with experience of leading quality and securing substantial improvement, across the full range of provision. Reporting to the Deputy Principal, you will lead the quality assurance team to shape and deliver higher expectations alongside the Heads of Centre
