Uxbridge College’s successful Business School offers a wide range of courses including business, accountancy and management. We are seeking a full time Lecturer with accountancy/finance experience to teach primarily on our AAT and professional and management programmes (Level 2 to Level 5).  A key part of this role will be to engage with employers and deliver Work Based Learning programmes in Accountancy across the local area.

You will possess a degree in Business or a related subject, or a professional qualification such as AAT Level 4, ACCA or CIMA, and have work experience gained in accountancy/finance, together with teaching experience. You should have good team working and communication skills and be able to engage and motivate learners and also be able to build and maintain excellent relationships with employers.  The role will involve travelling to local employers and so a clean driving licence and personal transport is essential.

You will be joining a friendly and supportive team, with many training and development opportunities and scope for promotion within the College.  We will support you to develop your career in teaching, including fully funding the Diploma in Education and Training qualification, which is undertaken at the College.
