Inclusive Learning Tutor

36 hours per week (35 days holiday)

Lisson Grove, London

Are you passionate about the transformative power of education and want to make a difference to people’s lives? If so, we want to hear from you!

As a Tutor in Inclusive Learning, you will teach to a high standard, allowing learners to progress and achieve as appropriate.

You will work in a flexible manner, including different models of support such as 1:1, small group support to learners with additional learning support needs, including dyslexia, dyscalculia, dyspraxia, autism and mental health needs and main classroom delivery, including evenings and weekends.

An enhanced DBS is required for this post.

About You

We like our Tutors to hold a recognised teaching qualification and have experience of providing assessment and support for learners with SpLD’s and learning difficulties in a post-school setting. Your experience will include planning individual teaching programmes for students and ideally mean you have an awareness and understanding of current issues in Further Education, particularly in relation to SEND legislation.

A recognised qualification in SpLD’s or other SEN needs is highly desirable, as is a Level 7 Postgraduate Award of Proficiency in Assessment for Access Arrangements.
