Moulton College is excited to be launching our new Apprenticeships provision and is now looking for someone to implement our strategy in this area. We have established relationships with a range of employers and you will need to engage with these partners to develop this pipeline of Apprentices.

Your duties

You will be responsible for developing our new provision and ensuring academic standards are met by working closely with our Head’s of School. You will ensure our provision is relevant to our partner industries and that our Apprentices will be developing skills and expertise that are in demand and valued. You will work closely with curriculum managers to ensure a first class student experience is received by all Apprentices and contribute to the development of new provision to meet emerging market needs. You will keep detailed records (electronic and hard copy) to support the monitoring and quality assurance of the Apprenticeship provision. You will also be a key contact with employers to manage the business relationships and take action to improve their experience where appropriate. You will report regularly to curriculum and senior management on enrolments, progress, achievement and satisfaction.

Person specification

You will have previous experience of a broad apprenticeship provision. You will be educated to a minimum of degree level but may additionally hold a post graduate qualification. You will also a relevant professional qualification relative to our core provision. You must have experience of planning, launching and running an apprenticeship provision and have experience of working in FE and/or HE environments. You will be a competent line manager with an ability to influence other key personnel to support your actions and planning. You will be a highly effective communicator with strong project management and organisational skills.
