Moulton College has an exciting opportunity for either a full-time HR Coordinator or two part-time HR Coordinators to provide an excellent service to our internal and external customers.

The part-time hours we are looking for are 08:30 to 12:15 for the morning shift and 13:45 to 17:30 for the afternoon shift.

  • You will have at least 2 years' administration experience - ideally this will be in a similar environment e.g. high volume recruitment or maintenance of employee data
  • Are you CIPD Level 3 or willing to work towards?
  • Are you customer-focused and results-driven?
  • Do you have excellent time management and organisational skills?
  • Are you confidential and have excellent attention to detail?

Your duties

You will coordinate a professional, efficient, accurate and confidential HR administration service for Moulton College.

You will develop and maintain quality administrative systems and procedures to support the work of the Human Resources Team and the College. This will include the maintenance of employee files; processing offer paperwork and contracts, processing recruitment data and payroll information; maintenance of the HR database; administering and recording the recruitment and selection process; dealing with enquiries; administering the workforce development programme; and so much more!

This is a varied role in a busy, focused and friendly team and would suit either an experienced HR Administrator or a newly qualified Human Resources Coordinator.

Person specification

We are looking for an individual with a minimum of grade C in Maths and English and a Level 3 CIPD or equivalent, or a willingness to study this alongside the role. You will have experience of working as a HR Administrator within a professional HR or similar environment. You will be able to work at pace and will have a flexible approach to work to ensure you can meet the needs of our diverse business.
