Contract: 5 days a week, full time, 37 hours

We are looking for a Trainer/Assessor to inspire our students and support their careers in Human Resources, Learning and Development and Leadership and Management. This role sits within the creative, digital and visitor’s economy Nottingham College apprenticeships direct team.

The successful candidate will be expected to participate in 12 weekly reviews with learners and employers as well as monthly contact to ensure that learner progression is on track.

You will also need to complete learners within a timely manner as well as introduce new leaners to their caseload.

You should have a qualification in leadership and management or learning and development and have an understanding of how new apprenticeship standards are delivered and the End Point Assessment process.

You will also need to be competent in using IT, digital communication platforms and E-portfolio systems. have experience in managing caseloads and working independently and be able to develop and maintain successful relationships with both learners and employers
