Finance Clerk - 14 hours per week

This is a job share opportunity for 14 hours per week across 2 consecutive days, ideally Thursday and Friday, however this can be discussed at interview if alternative days are required.

The busy College Finance Department is seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Finance Clerk to assist with our Purchase Ledger Function. The role also involves assisting the College’s Credit Controller and Cash Office as required.

The successful candidate will assist the Purchase Ledger Controller in all aspects of the role, including invoice matching, order processing and the payment of suppliers in accordance with agreed terms & the financial regulations. They will need to work under their own initiative and proactively take ownership for their area of responsibility, being a team player and building internal/external relationships will be key. Training will be given but previous Purchase Ledger experience would be an advantage.

This position is to start in September 2022.
