Gower College Swansea is seeking a part time lecturer to join the College’s dedicated GCSE English Team. Ideally the successful candidate will be enthusastic, self-motivated and an experienced English specialist with the ability to be creative and adaptable in the delivery of GCSE English Language.

Educated to degree level or equivalent you will hold or be working towards a PGCE qualification. You will be required to support the development of a digital curriculum and be instrumental in innovating the teaching practices for students at varying levels. You will contribute to the quality process by providing evidence of innovative teaching practice, which complement the blended learning delivery model.

You will be fully supported as part of a dynamic team where you will contribute new ideas and share good practice.

Must be able to travel to a number of sites.

Maternity cover until September 2023
