We are seeking candidates for positions as supply lecturers within the Art and Design team, to work alongside academic colleagues supporting the delivery of our Art and Design programmes levels 4-10. You should have subject related qualifications in either Animation and Media or Fine Art and will be educated to degree level. You will have a flexible skills base which will include the fundamentals of art and design such as drawing/painting and life drawing.  Understanding digital application within the art and design context will also be essential.  This post will be based at the UHI Inverness main campus. 

This role presents a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic person who enjoys teaching and learning to join an experienced and dynamic team. You will be required to deliver curriculum in an innovative manner with a focus on best practice in the teaching of topics relevant to your role. You will be required to be an effective team member able to deliver a high-quality curriculum and educational experience.

Some experience of instructing or teaching within a an Art and Design Context context is essential. You should possess effective interpersonal skills and have good IT skills in applications such as MS Office and other relevant subject related software packages.
