Apprenticeship Rates:

(Under 18) £4.97 per hour or £9,588 PA

(18 yrs to 20 yrs) £6.99 per hour or £13,485 PA

(21 yrs to 22 yrs) £9.34 per hour or £18,019 PA

(23+ yrs) £9.50 per hour or £18,328 PA

WHAT WE DO

We have an exciting new role within the Capital Project team. We are looking for someone to join the department as a Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice to work alongside the Resources Coordinator and Senor Administrator/PA.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • To support the Resource Co-ordinator in processing purchase orders and invoices in a demanding and busy office environment.
  • To learn to effectively input and search data on the financial database (Unit 4).
  • To accurately input data onto the Order Log Tracking System (Excel).
  • To effectively manage own email correspondence (Outlook) from staff within the Capital Projects Directorate relating to purchase orders and invoices.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience of producing accurate records and documents including: emails and recording data on Excel
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to make decisions based on sound reasoning and ability to deal with challenges in a mature way
