WHAT WE DO

We cover marketing and communications across Leeds City College, Harrogate College, Keighley College, Leeds Sixth Form College and University Centre. This role would closely work with the central marketing team but take the lead for our Adult 19 provisions across the group.

The Marketing Account Executive team are the lead contact for all curriculum areas for progressing marketing jobs from start to completion, ensuring the project is briefed to the wider team. We manage all the marketing requests and overall student recruitment campaigns that come through various sectors/channels within Luminate Education Group.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Responsible for taking the lead and delivering an outstanding marketing service across the Luminate Education Group with Marketing. This covers different colleges such as Leeds City College, Harrogate College, Keighley College , Leeds Sixth Form College and University centre.
  • Lead on the progression of marketing brief/process alongside internal creative, PR, comms, insight, school liaison and senior management. 
  • Communicate and liaise with clients, in order to deliver a brief and confirm budgets and produce detailed marketing calendars with rationale behind all decisions.
  • Schedule all jobs in with the teams workflow, ensuring all deadlines and time is allocated against them, consistent communication with all clients at all times and contact reports are shared after all meetings
  • Ensure all project deadlines are met and to the highest possible standard.  Write clear and concise briefs for creative, comms and events, that are all pre-agreed by the client and management.
  • Manage multiple projects whilst managing own time effectively and keeping their work in progress sheets up to date whilst also sharing with their client on a weekly basis.
  • Use streamtime for all jobs and planning, build critical paths via this channel and share with your stakeholders/curriculum areas.  Liaise with suppliers and printers to ensure a high quality output.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Must have a relevant marketing degree or equivalent qualification Experience of researching, writing and implementing marketing communications plans
  • Excellent organisational and decision making skills that provide clarity and direction to others backed by strong marketing/audience understanding
  • Proven experience in developing print and digital advertising campaigns to set timescales and within budget
  • Strong planning and organisation skills with the ability to work to multiple deadlines as well as working well under pressure
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, marketing specific packages, and other digital platforms, as well as a sound understanding of multi-channel content planning, creation and delivery
  • Aspirational and ambitious with a key eye for detail, Organised and confident with handling multiple tasks
  • Experience with marketing across digital and print
  • Experience with account management -Enthusiastic and ready for a challenge
