X2 Full Time - Fixed Term Apprenticeship, Contract End Date -30-June-2024

WHAT WE DO

We’re looking to appoint two apprentices to work in the Marketing department based at Leeds City College, Park Lane, Leeds. The completion of the apprenticeship will lead to a marketing executive level 4 qualification. The apprenticeship duration will be up to 21 months and your working contract will be a fixed term contract at 24 months.

You will be part of the Marketing Account Executive team, who manage all the marketing requests and overall recruitment campaigns that come through various sectors/channels of Luminate Education Group. The Marketing Account Executive team are the lead contacts for all curriculum areas for marketing campaigns and college wide events.

Luminate Education Group is looking for an individual who will work hard to maintain exceptional working relationships whilst assisting in delivering projects to their highest standard and helping to meet key project deadlines.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Support with delivering an outstanding marketing service across the Luminate Education Group with Marketing. This covers different colleges such as Leeds City College, Harrogate College, Keighley College and Leeds Sixth Form College.

Support with the progression of marketing brief/process alongside our internal marketing teams such as creative,  PR, comms, insight, school liaison and senior management.

Communicate and liaise with curriculum and our internal departments and suppliers, Assist with scheduling of projects, Support with contact reports after all communications. Input into the creation of clear and concise briefs, Manage multiple projects whilst managing own time effectively and keep work in progress sheets up to date.

  • Prohibition check for all staff entering teaching related roles
