We are seeking to appoint a highly organised, experienced individual to work as part of the Work Based Learning (WBL) team to ensure the College maximises Apprenticeship applications through a range of liaison and marketing events and opportunities. You will be required to respond effectively and efficiently to the needs of all age apprenticeship applicants, parents, internal departments and partner organisations and actively contribute to the annual cycle of application and pre-enrolment activities including liaison with College staff to ensure an efficient, effective and customer friendly approach to maximise apprentice enrolment.

You will hold a minimum 5 GCSEs grade C or equivalent and a recognised qualification in business administration and/or relevant experience.

You will need excellent organisation and problem solving skills as well as the ability to work flexibly under pressure and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.

Past experience of working with young people will be required, as well as experience of working with office routines and procedures.

In addition, you will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively both internally and externally with stakeholders.

Welsh Language Skills – Level 3 Speaking and Listening are desirable for this post.

Flexibility is essential to work across different College sites and on weekends and evenings when necessary.
