Gower College Swansea is currently looking for two WBL Apprenticeship Recruitment Officers to manage the end-to-end candidate recruitment process to fill a range of Apprenticeship vacancies, to exceed planned targets. You will be working with individuals looking to undertake apprenticeship training to gain a better understanding of their needs to match them to employers who are offering apprenticeship vacancies and ensure a quality apprenticeship on-boarding experience for all parties. This role will be responsible for establishing excellent customer relationships with both the learner and employer, ensuring a customer-centric approach, high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Previous experience in practical recruitment and knowledge surrounding CV writing, cover letter writing, interview preparation, application progression together with Business Development experience is desirable.
With a Level 3 qualification or above in Customer Service, Sales, Business Administration or a relevant discipline and a Level 2 (Grade A-C) or equivalent Maths and English qualification you will have excellent IT skills and a high degree of accuracy.
You will demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills, be confident in dealing with people and be able to develop strong working relationships with a wide range of people.

Appointments will normally be made to the bottom of the salary scale with annual increments on 1st August each year (subject to completing 6 months service).
