The Market Insight team works with teams across all aspects of the marketing function, including communications, creative design, web, digital marketing,  as well as external agencies we work with for specialist support. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Your primary focus will be managing a team of Market Insight Analysts. On a day to day basis you will be planning their workloads and supporting them to deliver high quality and impactful insight. You’ll also work with other team leads and the management team to understand insight requirements and brief these into the team.

Alongside the Market Insight Manager, you will plan activity to deliver against the Market Insight Strategy and create training plans for the Market Insight Analysts. A key part of this is communicating the insight produced to key decision makers across the group, and translating complex research into actionable recommendations and analysis.

We use a range of analytics tools in our function. Training will be provided where required to bring you up to speed. These include, but aren’t limited to the following:

  • Power BI
