HR (Human Resources) Coordinator
The Bedford College Group, has an exciting opportunity for an HR Co-ordinator, becoming a key part of our HR and Payroll team.
As our Human Resources Co-ordinator you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students through supporting HR Managers and Advisors to ensure the provision of a high-quality, efficient, consistent and accurate transactional HR service, demonstrating high levels of customer service to stakeholders across the group.
The main focus of this role is to provide accurate administration and responding in a timely manner all aspects of an employee life cycle to include but not limited to:
- Variations to contract
- Family Leave
- Flexible Working
Ideal candidates will have proven experience of working as an HR Administrator in a busy environment, coupled with a focus on attention to detail and a strong ability to communicate professionally through a range of channels, such as phone, written correspondence as well as video calling facilities.
