We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lecturer who shares our passion for outstanding teaching and learning. You will support the Curriculum Manager in leading on the delivery and development of learning on designated programmes across the Engineering provision, providing supervisory support for identified teaching and support staff. Working closely with the Curriculum Manager you will help to bring about the continuous improvement in learner success, ensure the effective and efficient delivery of learning as well as fostering a culture of innovation in respect of teaching and learning and curriculum development. You will undertake a teaching timetable as directed in an Engineering discipline.

You will be a qualified teacher and Engineer with previous experience of delivering Engineering in a further education setting.

A teaching qualification would be an advantage or a commitment to undertake this within the first year of employment is essential.
