WHAT WE DO

In Digital and IT we offer apprenticeships, short courses, courses for 16-18 yr olds, adult courses and Access to HE provision that meet the needs of the community.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • You will provide administrative and project support to the Digital and IT department.
  • Prepare and host internal and external events.
  • Collate and complete paperwork to meet funding requirements in a timely manner and share with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Support the digital and IT department with developing processes and services.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You will have a passion for improving the lives of our students.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to relate to staff, students, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work flexibly and without direct supervision.
  • Good IT Skills Able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Experience of collating, extracting and analysing data and producing reports.

  • Children’s barred list check (we may also check the adult barred list if the role involves working with vulnerable adults)

  • Two professional references 

  • Fitness to work; this is conducted by our Occupational Health Provider

  • Section 128 check for all staff entering management roles

  • Prohibition check for all staff entering teaching related roles

Please Note: All successful applicants who have lived or travelled overseas for three months or more in the past five years will be required to undertake an overseas check as part of the pre-employment checks.
