Perth College UHI is one of Scotland’s leading Colleges of Further and Higher Education, and a large partner in Scotland’s newest University, the University of the Highlands and Islands.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and committed person to join our Business Engagement Team, whose main role will be to provide a high-quality administrative service to the Business Engagement Team.

Candidates will need to be familiar with all aspects of working in a busy office environment and will be able to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing.

Applicants will be able to evidence a history of a high-quality administrative background, customer service experience and an ability to plan and communicate effectively. The ideal candidate will also be able to work individually and as part of a team.

In addition to this, the ideal candidate must have a proactive approach to organising workloads and responding to need of stakeholders both internal and external.

Candidates should have excellent communication, administration and IT skills, and an ability to keep focused, prioritising work accordingly
