This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful Further Education College based in West London. Harrow and Uxbridge College is a vibrant and fast-growing College, with around 800 staff. We are seeking to appoint a Training and Development Advisor to join our friendly and supportive HR team.
Based at our Uxbridge Campus, this is a busy and varied role. You will plan, develop and implement training and development for College staff, process training applications and ensure accurate records are maintained. Working alongside the HR Director and other senior colleagues, you will play a key role in the organisation of whole-College training days, lead on specific projects and co-ordinate the annual appraisal process, along with creating learning pathways to help develop
You will be highly organised, with excellent administrative and planning skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload under pressure. Enthusiastic and positive, you will be a team player with a passion for learning and development, and will enjoy working in a large and diverse organisation to contribute to our success.
