We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced and innovative teacher to deliver on the Welsh Baccalaureate Advanced Skills Challenge Certificate, which forms part of our A Level learner's programme of study.

Working as part of a team, you will develop and employ a variety of teaching, learning and assessment strategies, monitor learner progress and provide effective feedback throughout the academic year.  Ensuring excellence in teaching and learning is a key priority for the College and you will be expected to make a full contribution to team meetings and have a positive impact on the overall quality of this curriculum area.

As a confident communicator, you need to be a motivated and committed individual who can engage, inspire and challenge all learners to achieve their individual potential. You will have good organisational and problem solving skills and will be prepared to work flexibly.

We are specifically looking for an individual with recent successful experience of delivering the Skills Challenge Certificate in a post-16 setting.  The ability to support learners completing the Individual Project in Science and Social Science related disciplines would be a distinct advantage.

This is a superb opportunity for a first class applicant to join a College with an excellent reputation for A Level delivery.
