We are really excited that due to a small internal restructure, we have a new opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate HR professional join our friendly HR team. We are a dynamic team, who continuously strive for improvement personally and professionally and we are looking for a an approachable and professional HR Advisor with the enthusiasm and expertise to join a small HR team providing an efficient, responsive, and high-quality HR Service to managers and employees across the College and our Multi Academy Trust.
This opportunity offers a varied role, with the key area of focus being to provide support and advice to our managers on all people matters within the business.
Each day can be different and you need to be good at juggling a number of different priorities. Relationships are key. We need to build trusted relationships with all our stakeholders to make a difference - from the Assistant Principals right through the business at every level.
