Are you looking for a new opportunity to join a team who make a real difference to our SEND support in College? Do you have the range of skills and knowledge to support the administrative tasks relating to Education, Health and Care Plans?  If so this may be a great opportunity for you to join us at Plumpton College.

The successful post holder will be professional, hardworking and confident team player with knowledge of SEND.  They will have good numeracy and literacy skills, and an ability to apply these across a range of detailed work tasks that require accuracy and attention to detail. The ability to confidently use a range of ICT software packages and systems, identifying and utilising those considered to be the most effective for individual work tasks. The successful candidate will have effective interpersonal skills that can be adapted based on the audience, coupled with the ability to manage difficult conversations and potential conflict. You will be required to have a willingness and skills to work flexibly and constructively both as part of a team and under their own initiative, contributing to maintaining a positive and enabling environment.

The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work from home and onsite as directed by the Head of Inclusive Learning and development.
