Centre Administrator

We have a great opportunity based at our Kettering campus for a Centre Administrator to become a key member of our Centre Administration department.

As a Centre Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students through providing a professional administrative and support service to the appropriate Department and The Bedford College Group

Our ideal candidates will have experience of working effectively in an office-based environment and experience of working effectively in a customer focused environment, alongside the following qualifications:

  • Good general education to include English at GCSE grade A*- C or equivalent.
  • ITQ Level 2 (IT qualification) or ECDL Level 2 (European Computing Driving License) or RSA II (OCR) Word Processing or equivalent
  • Level 2 in Maths/Numeracy (GCSE or equivalent) or willingness to achieve Numeracy Level 2.

Contract Type – Bedford College Professional Services Ltd (BCPS Ltd)

37 hours per week (1.0 FTE) / 52 weeks per year

27 days holiday per annum, plus public holidays

An Enhanced DBS check will be required and you will be required to declare any convictions, cautions, reprimands or final warnings, which would not be filtered in line with current guidance.
