Apprentice Administrator x 2

Apprenticeships combine practical training in a job with study.

As an apprentice you’ll:

· be an employee earning a wage and getting holiday pay

· work alongside experienced staff

· gain job-specific skills

· get time for training and study related to your role (at least 20% of your normal working hours)

DN Colleges Group are looking to employ 2 x apprentices to join Apprenticeship Programmes Administration team - one at its Doncaster College site and one at the North Lindsey College site.

This will be working towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

Apprenticeships are available to anyone over the age of 16, living in England and have no upper age limit, apprenticeships can be beneficial for anyone whether staring their careers – or for upskilling to retraining in a new field.

The successful candidate will perform a key role linked to a high-performing Curriculum Support Team, through the accurate and timely data input and updating of student records on the College’s Management Information Systems (CIS), and by delivering a professional and customer-focussed service to internal and external customers and students; ensuring that data quality and data management across the student life cycle operates effectively.

The ability to work flexibly, to tight deadlines, to be able to adapt to an ever-changing environment and also to handle information and resolve issues in a methodical, intelligent and accurate manner are essential. Relevant experience of working in an educational environment would be an advantage. The successful candidate must be computer literate

1.0 FTE Salary: £4.81 per hour for the first year, then National Minimum Wage for age in year two

We will be holding an open day at North Lindsey College on Monday 30th May 2022 and a Doncaster Hub on Tuesday 31st May 2022 between 10a.m -2p.m
