We are seeking to recruit a Workskills Administrator to join our expanding team within Employer Services to help support with the administration for our online learning platform. The post would be based at our Ruddington Campus however there may be an element of home working on occasion.

Applicants should have a strong background in administration, customer service and be confident in dealing with people of all levels both face to face and on the phone. A high level of proficiency in using computer-based systems and associated software packages, such as the Microsoft Office Suite, is required to effectively undertake the role.

We are looking for an individual who is hard working, reliable and who can work well under pressure. You will be motivated, have good interpersonal and team working skills and be able to plan and prioritise your workload.
