The Role

Working in partnership with the Superbike Factory, we are currently looking for high calibre individuals to join our established team to work with apprentices studying towards the Motorcycle Technician Standard

If you are an experienced automotive training professional and looking for your next big challenge, or even still working in the motorcycle industry, looking to move into Training & Education to deliver knowledge and skills training and assessment for apprentices, then we’d love to hear from you!

Whilst your base will be our EMTEC Centre, which offers fantastic facilities for industry training, the expectation is that the majority of your time will be spent on the customer’s sites in Macclesfield, Donnington and London.

About You

Ideal candidates will be target driven self-managers with a proven track record of delivering high standards of teaching, learning and assessment. With experience of blended e-learning, e-portfolio and IMI Awards qualifications and assessment practice. However, candidates coming from industry will be supported to work towards the qualifications needed to support you to succeed in this role.

Ideally candidates will have experience delivering Apprenticeship and Adult Technical training/assessment, Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (or equivalent), Assessor Qualification D32/D33, A1, Level 3 Assessors Award or be willing to achieve these at the earliest opportunity.
